Dr. Ashkan Jalili (Dr. Ash) is one of the few Canada-Based Assistant Professors of Clinical Neurology at Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies. Dr. Ash has been in private practice since 2002. He initially practiced in Santa Monica, California, from 2002 to 2016 and moved back to Vancouver, Canada, to expand the science and art of functional neurology and applied clinical neuroscience to British Columbia. Dr. Ash has served as an instructor for the Chiropractic Board Exam Reviews in the U.S., teaching areas of Neurology, Orthopedics, Radiology, Chiropractic Science and Philosophy as well as Neuro-muscular Diagnosis for Irene Gold and Associates as well as Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles. He served as part-time faculty at Japan Chiropractic College in Tokyo from 2005 to 2007.
Dr. Jalili is currently the owner of Equinox Integrative Wellness Center and Canadian Brain Performance & Neuroplasticity Centers, a multi-disciplinary group of DC/ND/RMT/PT/Lac/PsychD and other health disciplines that work together to enhance every patient's health and wellness with an emphasis in Brain health and TBI/concussions. His practice ranges from management of sports injuries with PRP-based therapies to functional clinical chiropractic neurology, for conditions such as Traumatic Brain Injuries, Vertigo, Dizziness, Headaches, Tinnitus, Numbness/Tingling and other neurological conditions using brain-based techniques and Metabolic Medicine. Dr. Jalili combines state-of-the-art technology with active rehabilitation and science-based Intravenous Nutrition therapy to maximize functional body restoration and healing.
Dr. Jalili has served as the past president of California Chiropractic Association-Westside District in Santa Monica, California. He is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and BC College of Chiropractors.
